The College of the Mainland Board of Trustees on Monday voted unanimously to appoint Amy Locklear as vice president for instruction.
The college board also unanimously appointed Judy Glover as assistant professor of developmental math, Mayuko Gray as gallery director, and Christine Peet as assistant professor of photography.
During the meeting, the board recognized former trustees Don Criss and Dr. Annette Jenkins. Criss and Jenkins served on Position 5 and Position 7 of the board, respectively.
The college board voted unanimously to adopt the principles and priorities of redistricting of the college's representative districts.
The college board voted unanimously to move the July board meeting date to July 27.
The college board voted 6-0-1. with Nick Stepchinski abstaining, to approve moving forward regarding a real estate transaction. The item was discussed during an executive session.
All other items were approved by unanimous vote. All members were present.
