SJC student wins netbook

San Jacinto College (SJC) North student Chris Herrera, right, recently won a Dell netbook computer by simply filling out an online class evaluation.

Lamar McWaine, North campus student life coordinator, presented him with the computer.

Dell netbook computers are awarded each semester at random to students that participate in SJC surveys.

The computers are funded by donations made to the College through the San Jacinto College Foundation’s Student Success Initiative.
