UTMB offers $10 physicals

WHAT: Special $10 physical examinations for children in advance of back-to-school.

WHO: UTMB nurses and physicians.

WHEN: 9 a.m. to noon, Saturday, July 23

WHERE: UTMB Specialty Care Center at Victory Lakes

              2240 Gulf Freeway South

              League City, TX 77573

WHY: Does your child or teenager still need a pre-participation physical screening for his/her school or team try-outs? Beat the final buzzer before school starts. Our UTMB medical experts are volunteering their time in a special community outreach event to support local families, school districts, and athletic programs with extracurricular pre-participation physicals. Students should wear t-shirts and shorts, and bring a signed UTMB consent form and school-specific forms. Walk-ins will be accommodated (as time permits). To reserve a spot or for more information, call 832-505-1020 or email Brittni Stinson at
