Keys chosen as HCDE Academic and Behavior Center West Principal

Victor Keys is the new principal at Academic and Behavior Center (ABC) West, a Harris County Department of Education special education alternative school. 

ABC West provides academic and behavioral services for students ages 5-22 from area school districts.  Keys, an Aldine resident, has worked for HCDE since 2007 in various administrative positions.  He earned a doctorate and master’s in education from Texas Southern University.

Keys held several teacher and principal positions in the Houston Independent School District.
