WHEN:    Friday, Sept. 9, 2011, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

WHY:      COM will hold special events to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Sept. 11.

DETAILS: High visibility presence of city and county officials, uniformed law enforcement officers, EMS, fire fighters, and other first responders commemorating 10th anniversary of Sept. 11. There will be honor guards, patriotic music, guest speakers, tree dedication ceremony and an honorary luncheon.
