Mr. Mazrouei and his father were unloading their vehicle in front of their apartment when they were approached by Price and Perry. Perry pulled out a pistol and both suspects then demanded property from Mazrouei and his father. While the two suspects were robbing them, Mazrouei and his father attempted to flee. As the victims were running away, Perry shot Mazrouei several times. The suspects then fled in the victims' vehicle. The vehicle was later recovered unoccupied.
