From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday (Aug. 21), members of the Houston Police Department’s Community Outreach Unit, also known as the “Blue Crew,” will join volunteers in donating their time and talent to giving some area children a new look for back to school. Children at three locations will receive haircuts and styling services as part of the third annual “Look Good, Feel Good” event.
