The Dickinson Independent School District Board of Trustees, in a special meeting on Monday, voted unanimously to approve the final amendments to the district’s 2010-2011 Budget.

Final amendments are made at the end of each fiscal year.  The 2010-2011 Budget carried total expenditures of $66 million for the General Fund.

The school board voted to approve competitive sealed proposals for the purchase of two vehicles.

The school board voted to approve budget adjustments and amendments for August 25.
