The Dickinson Police Department has added Robert Walter Thomas to its most wanted list.  Thomas registered a Dickinson home as his residence, and was found not to be living at the address. Thomas is on parole and a parole violation warrant has also been issued by the Texas Board of Pardons and Parole.

All fugitives should be considered ARMED and DANGEROUS!  NEVER attempt to apprehend a fugitive yourself.  If you have information on the location of Thomas or any fugitive, contact The Dickinson Police Department or you local Law Enforcement Agency.
