About 3:20 p.m. today, the Houston Fire Department tapped out the scene of a chemical leak in the 4600 block of World Houston Parkway just south of George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The HFD was dispatched to a report of a chemical spill about 11:15 a.m. this morning at Dyna Drill Technology.

Thick, light yellow smoke was produced from a chemical reaction. The chemicals were identified as Toluene, Thixon, Zonyl. All of the employees have been accounted for with a decontamination in place for occupants who exited the building. A rehabilitation sector was also established.

Approximately 40 firefighters responded to the incident along with HFD Hazardous Material Units.
