Galveston County Sheriff’s deputies assisted by the La Marque Police and the Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigation Troopers served a search warrant early this morning, netting three arrests and the seizure of a cache of illegal narcotics. 

The search warrant was executed at the Horizon Meadow Apartments located at 1903 Main St. Apartment # 237 in La Marque, Texas.

Marcus Dwayne Nelson, 42, was charged with Man/Del of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams bond was set at $250,000.00

Macye Monique Collins, 25, was charged with Man/Del of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams bond was set at $30,000.00

Charles Anthony McKee, 44, was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, less than one gram bond was set at $60,000.00

Seized from the search warrant was 21.1 grams of powder cocaine, .5 grams of crack cocaine and 110 Vicodin pills.

All three remain in the Galveston County Jail.
