GALVESTON- Terence Thomas Mike, 44, departed this life on Thursday, October 20, 2011, at UTMB.

Terence was born March 5, 1967 in Galveston and was formally employed with Golden Corral and loved playing basketball.

He was preceded in death by his father John L. Mike. He leaves to cherish memories, his mother: Bessie Marie Vaughn (Ricky); brother: Bryan Mike; sister: Kimberly Mike; uncles: David and Robert Baines; aunt: Julie Baines-Alcorn; devoted companion: Sharonda Winn and mother Ida Clanton; nephews: Mario Bush, Samuel Shannon; nieces: Ebony Mike, Alize Shannon; and a host of cousins and friends.

Visitation will begin at 9:30AM on Saturday, October 29, 2011, followed by funeral service at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Fields-Johnson Family Mortuary. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
