Just Once Piano for Busy People

Your former piano teacher might not approve, but thousands have learned the secret of how to play piano with the chord method.  If you’ve ever wondered how it’s done, mark your calendar from 1p.m. – 4 p.m. on November 19. That’s when Alvin Community College brings in Ed White to teach the nationally renowned workshop “How To Play Piano in Three Hours.”

Ed White's approach reveals how the pros play.  For more than 22 years this workshop has brought seldom taught and highly sought information to more than 100,000 people nationwide.

The materials are accessible and practical. While ideal for someone with some musical background (even if it's been a while!) many take the workshop with no prior piano experience. With practice, students eventually will achieve professional skills. Students learn how to use chords instead of traditional note-by-note music reading. They will learn how to use sheet music in an entirely different way. The student will have the skills to play music using the chord method after taking this workshop.
