Winter Wonderland 2011 Offer Hours of Fun for Kids
Sugar Land, Texas
- The Sugar Land Parks and Recreation Department will host “Winter Wonderland” on Saturday, Dec. 17, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Imperial Park Recreation Center, 234 Matlage Way (next to the Sugar Land Community Center).
Need to run those last minute holiday errands? Winter Wonderland will offer hours of fun for children ages 5-12. Kids will enjoy Jim Carrey’s “How the Grinch Stole Christmas,” cookie decorating, crafts and more.
Lunch and snacks will be provided. As a special surprise, there will also be a snow play area with 20,000 pounds of REAL snow.
The event is free for facility usage card holders or $10 per child for non card holders. Space is limited, and pre registration is required, so call today.
