Culinary Arts Annual Fall Scholarship Luncheon
Chef Paul Mendoza and his Culinary Arts students invite you to attend the annual Fall Scholarship Lunch that begins at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, November 18, 2011 in the atrium.
The meal will begin with a special appetizer, which won an award for one of the culinary students, in Kraft’s Real Women of Philadelphia cream cheese contest. The main course follows with Prosciutto wrapped Pork Loin with Roasted Apples, Creamy Polenta, and Brussels Sprouts with Pecan Butter. The meal concludes with a dessert of Sweet Potato Cake.
Tickets are $15.00 and proceeds go toward the Culinary Arts Scholarship at Galveston College. Reservations may be made by calling Mari Macias at 409-944-1286.
