METRO’S THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

METRO will follow this schedule over the Thanksgiving holidays:

Wednesday, Nov. 23:

·         Park & Ride will continue regular service with select routes offering additional trips from downtown in 15 and 30-minute frequencies. Click here for the list.

·         Local bus routes and METRORail follow the regular weekday schedule.

·         Customer Care Center will be open 6 a.m. – midnight.

·         RideStore and Lost & Found will be open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 24:

·         METRORail and local bus service will operate a Sunday schedule.

·         No Park & Ride service.

·         Customer Care Center will be closed.

·         RideStore and Lost & Found will be closed.

Friday, Nov. 25:

·         METRORail and local bus routes will operate a Saturday schedule.

·         No Park & Ride service.

·         Customer Care Center will be open 6 a.m. – 9 p.m.

·         RideStore and Lost & Found will be closed.

METROLift Holiday Hours:

·         METROLift Reservations and Customer Service Offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 24
and Friday, Nov. 25. All Thursday and Friday subscription services will be canceled.

To schedule rides Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday or Monday, please call METROLift Reservations at 713-225-6716, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 23.  MACS and MACS-WEB (METROLift Automated Call System) will be available 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. to schedule trips the day before you need to travel.
