Galveston College Chorale Presents Christmas Concert

The Galveston College Community Chorale will present a Christmas Concert at 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 11, 2011, at Moody Methodist Church located at 2803 53rd Street. The concert is free and open to the public.

Mike Gilbert will director and Ron Wyatt will accompany. 

Music selections include: "Christmas Cantata" by Daniel Pinkham accompanied by College of the Mainland’s brass choir and jazz ensemble directed by Sparky Koerner, College of the Mainland Music Instructor. Other songs include "The First Noel", "There Is No Rose" - Ladies Chorus, "The Virgin Mary Had a Baby Boy" - West Indies Carol, and "Carol of the Bells".

The brass choir will also perform a piece.

Ron will also perform an organ piece.
