The Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership held its annual Holiday Party at The Admiral at Clear Lake on Wednesday.

“We had a great year, this year,” said BAHEP President Bob Mitchell.  “A lot of people would think that we had a ‘down’ year, but we had 18 new members join the organization this year, our revenues are up once again this year.  We moved forward with the Baytek Corporation”

Mitchell said that new businesses are selecting Bay Area Houston for their operations and, despite some setbacks, he is optimistic about the future of human spaceflight.

“We are still the home of human spaceflight,” he said . “We will always be that.”
