The West End Little League is a non-profit organization that promotes and develops interest in baseball – striving to develop the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well-being. By espousing the virtues of character, courage and loyalty, the little league program is designed to develop superior citizens rather than superior athletes.
Games are typically played on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays in the Spring between mid-March and late May. Games are played at the baseball fields adjacent to Sallie Curtis Elementary. Those who are interested in becoming a league sponsor to help with the costs of running a league and the construction can do so by contacting Debbie Bridgeman at dbridgeman@westendll.org.
