ACC computer courses begin January 17

Whether it’s learning to lay out a spreadsheet, create a document with text and images or wanting to understand bookkeeping software, Alvin Community College will soon begin Continuing Education classes for those wanting to improve their computer skills.

Several classes will be offered from January 17 through April and will cover Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks, basic computer use and others.

Interested students can sign up for the classes up to the day they begin. Instructors encourage students to register early to prevent a class from being canceled.
