Houston police homicide investigators have released a composite sketch of the suspect wanted in the kidnapping of 18-month-old Evan Montgomery Lamar Miller from a parking lot at 11300 South Gessner about 5:45 p.m. on Thursday (Jan. 12).

The suspect is described only as a black male believed to be in his 20s or 30s with a thin build.  The composite sketch is attached to this news release below.

Anyone with information on the suspect's identity or his whereabouts is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
