Gladys Irene Daniels completed her journey on earth and went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 18, 2012, at UTMB Hospital.
Gladys was born April 30 1943, in Grant, LA and has resided in Galveston for the past 42 years. She was employed as a caregiver for over 30 years.
Survivors include her loving mother, Helen Daniels; sisters, Shirley Daniels, Betty Rougeau, and Diana Leviege; nieces, nephews and host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will begin at 9AM on Saturday, January 28, 2012, followed by a celebration of life service at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Fields-Johnson Family Mortuary with Rev. David L. Everson officiating. Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery.
