Can you suggest a way to bring more attention to this problem?  People who live in Galveston just laugh when they hear about another accident because they are so frequent and no one seems to care.  Are they waiting for fatalities?  I suggested they make this light (with its 2 right turn lanes) look like the light at NASA Parkway at Hwy 146.  No one at that intersection runs the red light when the right turn arrow lights up.  But no one will respond to me.
