Baytown Symphony Orchestra presents Romantic Encounters

BAYTOWN, Texas
– The Baytown Symphony Orchestra’s 44th Elegante Season continues Saturday, March 3, with Romantic Encounters, featuring pianist Charlotte Mueller.
 
Under the direction of Conductor Dennis Eichler, the concert will feature selections including Paul Dukas’ “Fanfare for Brasses, La Peri,” Mozart’s overture to “The Marriage of Figaro,” Opus 20a from Tschaikowsky’s “Swan Lake,” Beethoven’s “Piano Concerto No. 5 in E flat Major, Op. 73,” and Dvorak’s “Carnival Overture, Op. 92,” among others.
 
Romantic Encounters will be held at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, March 3, in the Lee College Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for students and seniors, and may be purchased online at
www.baytownsymphony.org, or by calling 281-751-6366.
 
A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase on the evening of the event.
 
As a courtesy to musicians and audience members, the Baytown Symphony Orchestra’s Board of Directors asks that children under the age of seven not attend concerts.
