Judge emmett to discuss state of the county at annual greater houston partnership event
houston – Judge Ed Emmett will discuss the State of the County at GHP’s annual luncheon. In addition to touching upon the issues facing the county, he will also discuss some of the many accomplishments his administration saw in 2011.
