The navigation district’s industrial development corporation will provide $150 million in facilities revenue bonds for financing of TOTAL’s ongoing plant expansion project at its existing site at 7600 32nd Street in Port Arthur. The company will be liable for payment of the bonds.
The commissioners court voted unanimously to authorize the execution of a grant application for the Jefferson County District Attorney’s VAWA grant from the Criminal Division of the Texas Governor’s Office.

The commissioners court voted unanimously to schedule a public hearing for February 21 to receive comments relating to the potential order of the commissioners court to vacate the Helena Road Extension from State Highway 366 to Helena Avenue.
