Sugar Land, Texas
- Sugar Land police are looking for a white couple with two young girls who used stolen debit and credit cards to purchase more than $900 in merchandise at local businesses.
A 26-year-old woman said she lost her wallet at Macy’s, 16511 Southwest Freeway, on Jan. 17. She set the wallet down to shop, and it was gone when she looked back. The wallet contained cash, a credit card and a debit card.
Later that day, her missing credit card was used at the same Macy’s store, and an unsuccessful transaction was attempted at a nearby Target, 16300 Southwest Freeway. The woman’s debit card was used to make purchases at the Target store and several locations outside Sugar Land.
Surveillance cameras at Target captured video of the suspects exiting the store. They are described as a white man and woman in their early to mid 30s with two young girls.
Anyone with information should call the Sugar Land Police Department at (281) 275-2540 or Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers at (281) 342-TIPS (8477).
