Business Morning Brew
The Seabrook Economic Development Corporation held the first ever Business Morning Brew on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 7:00 a.m. at the Seabrook Community House.
This first meeting was geared to answer questions for businesses in Old Seabrook. Several speakers gave presentations including Seabrook Mayor Glenn Royal, Director of Community Development Sean Landis, Patrick Fuller with National Sign Plaza,Director of Economic Development Paul Chavez and Jeff Galyean the City’s Emergency Management Coordinator.
The goal of Business Morning Brew is to bring members of the business community together and gettheir feedback about community and economic development in Seabrook. At each meeting the City of Seabrook will gather an array of speakers who will giveupdates on current projects and also answer questions local business owners may have.
BusinessMorning Brew will occur quarterly, with the next meeting scheduled to take place in June 2012. The first meeting was a big success with over twenty-five people in attendance.
The EDC and the City of Seabrook would like to extend a special thank you to Donald’s Donuts who donated a variety of breakfast treats and drinks and El Lago Coffee who supplied an assortment of fresh-roasted coffee to compliment the meeting’s theme.
