Houston Port Coordination Committee (PCT) Conference Call
WGMA participated in a Houston area PCT this morning, Thursday March 1, 2012.
Fog conditions are expected to linger in the area until Saturday morning when a cold front is expected at or shortly after sun rise.
Periods of navigable visibility are expected during daylight hours but dense fog conditions are expected to prevail during night time.
During PCT, priorities were expressed and requests made for refineries, oil terminals, chemical terminals and port authorities.
Next PCT is scheduled for Friday, March 2, 2012, 0900 hrs. WGMA will participate and provide an update.
