TEMPLE EMANUEL TO HOST LOVE THY NEIGHBOR SERIES
LESSONS OF HOPE, HEALING AND POSSIBILITY
ARISING OUT OF THE ASHES OF THE HOLOCAUST

Beaumont, Texas — Temple Emanuel will host Love Thy Neighbor Series, an innovative concept designed to inspire Southeast Texans to build the kind of community our children deserve. Three meaningful and poignant Love Thy Neighbor events will be presented beginning on Sunday, April 22 and continuing on May 4, and May 5. Each event is open to the public.

The Love Thy Neighbor Series will utilize Holocaust Remembrance as a powerful platform to provide inspiring programs, which will stimulate community-wide discussions and create opportunities to enhance awareness, sensitivity, and understanding throughout Southeast Texas.

“Our goal for Love Thy Neighbor is nothing short of moving Southeast Texas to become the kind of community our children deserve. And they deserve nothing short of a normal world; a region where every individual is affirmed; where civility and respect govern our discourse; where discrimination and inequity are eradicated; where understanding and imagination are the rule,” said Rabbi Joshua Taub of Temple Emanuel.
