Inaugural League City Home & Garden Show this Saturday
League City, Texas — Homeowners, home remodelers and garden enthusiasts are expected to converge on the inaugural League City Home and Garden Show this Saturday, Apr. 28. From 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the Johnny Arolfo Civic Center in League City will be filled with the newest ideas for building or remodeling homes and designing yards. Soto Financial & Insurance, an Allstate agency, is the presenting sponsor for this inaugural event.
Admission will be $5 for adults and $3 for children ages 4-12. Children ages 3 and under will be admitted free. Tickets will go on sale Monday, Apr. 2. Whether people are purchasing a new home or remodeling an existing home, this event is created specifically with them in mind, and with Spring upon us, those looking to enhance their yards can find the best League City has to offer.
Attendees will be able to purchase the latest in home and yard décor while visiting with home contractors and developers as well as landscaping companies. Service providers will also be on hand to answer questions regarding the insurance, financial and repair needs of homes and gardens. Door prizes will be given and raffles drawn throughout the day. Food vendors will also be present.
“Everywhere one looks in League City, new homes are being constructed,” said Jason E. Ebey, League City Chamber of Commerce President & CEO. “When we reviewed the composition of our membership and the League City business community as a whole, our event committee quickly realized we have the market in League City to support this need and this event.”
Vendors will setup their booths Friday afternoon with an exclusive preview show to take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This preview show is an invitation only, ticketed event.
“We invite all League City residents, as well as residents of neighboring communities, to come and join us for this inaugural show,” said Ebey. “League City businesses have great products and services and we are looking forward to showcasing them to the public.”
