
The Galveston College Culinary Arts program received another donation from the Foundation of Confrerie De La Chaine Des Rotisseurs for scholarships. A “big check” for $2,000 in scholarship funds was handed over to Galveston College President Dr. Myles Shelton, far right, by Jim Posey, Mike Dean, Jan Posey and Paul Mendoza at the 2012 Food and Wine Festival in Galveston.
