Lamar CISD Trustees to receive input on naming of schools

The Lamar CISD Board of Trustees will hold a hearing May 15 at 6:30 p.m. to receive the public's input regarding the naming of the schools approved in the 2011 Bond Election. The meeting will be held in the board room of the Brazos Crossing Administration Building, 3911 Avenue I, Rosenberg.

The middle school campus at the George Ranch High School complex has already been named Polly Ryon, but names are needed for two elementary schools, a high school and a junior high school.

Below is a list of names that have been submitted as nominations. School board members have the ability to add additional names to this list.
