The annual Keels & Wheels Concours d'Elegance is attracting large crowds to Lakewood Yacht Club in Seabrook.

The event, hosted by LYC Consours Corp and Co-hosted by ACBS-Southwest Chapter, features vintage wooden hull boats and classic automobiles; and benefits Boys & Girls Harbor.

Bob Fuller, chair of the event, thanked the club’s 300 members who support and work on the event.

“You are the secret weapon we have that none of our counterparts across the country can boast of,” Fuller said.  “The car and boat owners, many of which have traveled long distances to allow you to see and enjoy their passions, deserve expression of appreciation as well.”

“As mayor of Seabrook, it is truly an honor to be affiliated with a world-class event such as Keels & Wheels,” said Seabrook Mayor Glenn Royal in a statement in the event’s program.
