Harris County Homicide investigators have filed Capital Murder charges in the fatal shooting and stabbing of a man at 13150 Bissonnet around 11:45pm on Saturday, May 5, 2012. 

On Monday, May 7, 2012 HCSO Homicide Division charged and arrested two 15 YOA juveniles with Capital Murder in the death of Victor Quevedo.  Christian Alexander Lopez, H/M 17 YOA was charged with Capital Murder but has not been arrested. There are no mug shots currently available; as soon as they become available we will send them out.

The two 15 YOA juveniles confessed to their roles in the murder of Victor Quevedo.
