Shoreacres City Council on Monday voted unanimously to approve the canvassing of the official results of the May 12 General Election.

City Administrator/City Secretary David Stall administered the oath of office to newly re-elected Mayor Dolly Arons, who was unopposed for re-election.  Arons then administered the oath of office to Steve Jones and Matthew Webber, who won election to two positions on the city council.

The city council voted unanimously to re-elect Richard Adams as mayor pro tem.

All items were approved.  All votes were unanimous with all members present.  Agenda
