Texas Governor Rick Perry has made appointments to the 14th Court of Appeals in Harris County and the 199th Judicial District Court in Collin County.
Governor Perry appointed J. Brett Busby of Houston as justice of the 14th Court of Appeals in Harris County for a term to expire at the next general election.
