Port of Houston Authority Commission

The Port of Houston Authority Commission will hold a special meeting on Monday to hear three staff presentations and to take action on a defined contribution plan for port authority employees hired on or after August 1, 1012.  Agenda

The first staff briefing is regarding the port authority’s permit application to deepen and widen the Bayport Ship Channel.  There also will be presentations regarding port authority pipeline management and issues related to Foreign Trade Zone No. 84.

The agenda includes an executive session on legal issues related to the project to deepen and widen the Bayport channel; and real property, including deliberations regarding cruise terminal disposition.
