CHAD HOLLEY AMONG SUSPECTS CHARGED WITH BURGLARY OF A HABITATION

(HOUSTON TX) – Chad D. Holley, 18, has been charged with burglary of a habitation along with three other adult suspects after a Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) investigation of an incident this afternoon in the 14900 block of Forest Trails Drive in far northwest Harris County.

HCSO investigators confirmed this evening that Holley is the same individual who previously was found delinquent in juvenile court in 2010 in connection with a burglary case in which he was apprehended by several Houston Police Department officers.

The HCSO response to this afternoon’s burglary began with a 911 call from the resident of the home next to the one that was burglarized. Deputies apprehended the suspects at the scene and took them to an HCSO patrol substation for questioning. Officers began filing charges with the district attorney’s office after gathering information from the suspects.

Mug shots of the other three suspects have also been released:

Donald Toran

Alexander Babbs

Paulus Jackson
