Seabrook will hold its City Council Runoff Election on Saturday to determine the winner in the race for Council Position No. 1.
On the ballot are Robert Duncan and Robert Llorente. Duncan received the most votes in the May 12 General Election. Llorente won a dice role against J. Gail Poston to take the other position on the ballot after the two candidates tied for second place.
The winner will take over the seat held by Kim Morrell, who was ineligible to serve another term due to term limits.
Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
