El Lago City Council

El Lago City Council on Wednesday voted 4-1, with Jeff Tave opposed, to approve a fee schedule for the pool, tennis courts and fitness center.

The fee schedule included family rates for use of the city's facilities.

The new El Lago Community Center is expected to be complete on Monday, with the city moving into the facility. The city will hold a celebration on June 30.

The city council voted unanimously to grant a parking variance for Kathie Vail at 723 Bayview.

The city council took no action regarding adjustment to the FY2012 Budget.

The city council discussed, but made no changes to the council areas of responsibility.

The city council took no action regarding an amendment to the city's Sign Ordinance regarding the definition of “Spectacular Signs”.

The city council took no action regarding a budget committee appointment by Mayor Brad Emel.

All other items were approved by majority vote. All members were present. Agenda
