Team Industrial Services, Inc. to Locate Headquarters to Sugar Land

Sugar Land, TX - Team Industrial Services, Inc. plans to relocate its global headquarters from Alvin, Texas, to Sugar Land, a move that will bring 100 new jobs.

The new facilities will be located in Granite Towers II on Dairy Ashford Road with a projected move-in date of December 2012.

Team Industrial Services, Inc. will bring 80 jobs with plans to expand to 100 and create more than $1.5 million in new capital investments for the City.

“We are pleased to be relocating our corporate facilities to the Sugar Land area.  Sugar Land is a natural fit to our growing company’s needs in a number of dimensions including access to talented and skilled labor as well as the proximity to Houston and other Team facilities in the area.  We look forward to being part of the community,” said Phil Hawk, chairman and chief executive officer of Team Industrial Services.
