Fatal Boating Accident

Baytown police report that the body of a man who was ejected from his aluminum  jon boat boat on Saturday in a collision with a 17-foot white fiberglass bay vessel on Saturday has been recovered, and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department reported that two men have been arrested in the case.

Jason Clyde Delavergne and his brother  Joseph Charles Delavergne, who were charged with failure to render aid, turned themselves in to police Sunday evening. They have since been released on $10,000 bond.

The victim has been identified as 35 year old
Damon D. Miller of Baytown.
