UPDATE: The Harris County Sheriff’s Office reports that a woman with severe dementia who was located by Harris County Precinct 4 Constables on Sunday has been identified.

Please help us in identifying this woman.  She was located by the Harris County Precinct 4 Constables in the Interstate 45 north and Cypresswood area on Sunday July 15, 2012.  The black female is 60 to 70 years old.

The female is in good health, but has severe dementia that prohibits her from providing us with information regarding her identity.

There have been no reports of a missing woman matching her description in the greater Houston metropolitan area.
