Keith Road from U.S. 90 (College Street)
Effective Saturday, July 28, at 8 a.m., the grade crossing for Keith Road will be closed from U.S. 90 (College Street) until 5 p.m. Keith Road will still be accessible to local traffic from Phelan Boulevard, but will remain closed to through traffic. This closure will facilitate repairs needed at the grade crossing. Motorists may detour this closure on Todd Street and Phelan Boulevard.

Wooten Road from U.S. 90 (College Street)

Effective Sunday, July 29, at 8 a.m., the grade crossing for Wooten Road will be closed from U.S. 90 (College Street) and Landis Drive until 5 p.m. This closure will facilitate repairs needed at the grade crossing on Wooten Road. Motorists may detour this closure on Todd Street and Major Drive.

McLean Drive

Effective Wednesday, Aug. 1, McLean Drive from Enfield to Major Drive will be closed to through traffic from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The closure is expected to last through Thursday, Aug. 2. Local traffic will be permitted.

REMINDER:
Lucas Drive from Abilene Avenue to Galveston Avenue
Effective Monday, July 30, at 7:30 a.m., Lucas Drive from Abilene Avenue to Galveston Avenue will be closed to all traffic so that Drainage District 6 may replace existing drainage facilities with improved ones. The improvements will bring 800 homes out of the flood zone. The closure is expected to last until 5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26.  Motorists heading west on Lucas may detour this closure on Idylwood Street, Charles Street, and Bigner Road. Motorists heading east on Lucas may detour this closure on Laredo Street, Wilson Street, and Abilene Avenue.
