La Marque ISD Board of Trustees

The La Marque Independent School District Board of Trustees on Thursday voted unanimously to deny the rental of the Scott Street building for the Galveston County Coastal Alternative Program.

The board voted unanimously to approve a memorandum of understanding with the Galveston County Coastal Alternative Program.

The board took no action regarding a modification to reduce the salary of Superintendent Ecomet Burley. The item was discussed during an executive session, but not considered after the board reconvened in open session.

The board voted to accept the revised personnel agenda as discussed during an executive session.

The board voted unanimously to approve an optional flexible year program.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. Trustees Joe Cantu and Edward Jones were absent. Agenda
