Houston TranStar officials are notifying the public that two right lanes of northbound (inbound) SH 288 at Southmore Blvd. as well as the right shoulder lane are closed because of construction. Recently repaired pavement at that location is curing slowly, and the lanes may not be able to sustain traffic until into the morning rush period.

Travelers are urged to seek another route or modify their travel times.
