AUSTIN – Port of Houston Authority Chairman Jim Edmonds and Executive Director Len Waterworth testified today before the Texas Sunset Advisory Commission.
The public hearing was a part of the Sunset Review process that began last year. The Texas Sunset Commission’s staff released its recommendations regarding the Port Authority last month.
The Texas Sunset Commission Staff Report is available at

, and the Port Authority has also posted the document to its website,

. The Sunset Commission is continuing to solicit public comment.
