Texas Governor Rick Perry has made appointments to the State Employee Charitable Campaign Policy Committee, the Texas Institute of Health Care Quality and Efficiency, and the One Call Board.

Governor Perry appointed Amy Baillargeon of Austin to the State Employee Charitable Campaign Policy Committee for a term to expire Jan. 1, 2014. The committee determines the eligibility of entities for participation in the State Employee Charitable Campaign, and oversees the activities of the campaign.  Appointment: http://governor.state.tx.us/news/appointment/17619/

Governor Perry appointed Shannon Stansbury of Dallas to the Texas Institute of Health Care Quality and Efficiency for a term to expire Jan. 31, 2013. The institute will improve health care quality, accountability, education and cost to the state by encouraging health care provider collaboration, effective health care delivery models and coordination of health care services.  Appointment: http://governor.state.tx.us/news/appointment/17618/

Governor Perry reappointed four members to the One Call Board for terms to expire Aug. 31, 2015. The board has authority over "Call Before You Dig" systems that notify underground facility operators of excavation plans, so pipelines and utility lines can be marked to prevent accidents.  Appointments: http://governor.state.tx.us/news/appointment/17617/
