Dickinson ISD Board of Trustees

The Dickinson Independent School District Board of Trustees on Monday voted unanimously to approve an easement agreement with Genesis Pipeline Texas, LP for the company to utilize right-of-way and a temporary work area on an easement on district property.

The property the pipeline will cross is located south of Highway 3 in Dickinson.

The board voted 6-0-1, with Rosella Scott abstaining, to uphold the administration’s decision regarding a level three employee complaint and to deny the complaint.

The item was discussed during an executive session.

The board voted unanimously to approve personnel matters as discussed during executive session.

The board discussed, but took no action regarding an update on litigation issues.  The item was discussed during a closed session.

The board held a public hearing on the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas.  No action was taken associated with the public hearing.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote.  All members were present.  Agenda
